This high-quality after-school program is FREE to families and provides academic support to students. JOVEN is partnering with your school to provide innovative learning opportunities to reinforce and align with the students’ regular academic curriculum. JOVEN strives to close learning gaps due to COVID-19, increase students’ understanding of key concepts, prepare them for next school year, inspire students to continue learning, improve school day attendance, build confidence and a love of learning. Students will be picked up from their schools and transported to JOVEN’s main location.  Those who enroll in the program will be required to attend every day until 5:30 but are welcome to stay until 6 pm.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Youth must be Kinder – 6th grade.
• Youth must meet academic need.

Program Service:

• Tutoring Math/Reading
• 1 to 3 ratio for tutors to youth
• 1 to 15 ratio for large group activities
• Academic support
• STEM Activities
• Art/Music Activities
• Enrichment Activities
• Nutrition Education
• Sports Activities
• Transportation from schools serviced

Program Hours:

Monday-Friday, from 3:00-6:00 pm.

There will be NO program on school holidays, early release days, or school closures.

Those who enroll in the program will be required to attend every day until 5:30 but are welcome to stay until 6 pm.

Dates and Hours to Apply:

Monday-Friday 8:30- 12:00 pm & 1:30-4:30 pm.

• Most recent Report Card
• Birth Certificate
• Valid Parent/Guardian ID
• Power of Attorney/Guardianship paperwork (if applicable)
